BOOKING POLICY

Deposits are required when booking an appointment - $50 for Wrinkle Reduction bookings & $100 for Volume Enhancement bookings. The deposit price may vary if you are booking in for multiple mls. 

A confirmation text will be sent to you a few days prior to your appointment. Please confirm you will be attending the appointment by responding ‘YES’. All clients will receive a copy of their signed consent form via email as well as the aftercare form containing brand and dosing at the end of their appointment.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy, please note if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment your deposit will be non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment prior to the 24-hour cancellation period your deposit will be credited to your account and can be used at your next appointment or treatment. 

Please arrive at your appointment on time, if you are running late let the treating nurse know as soon as possible. Treatment may be shortened due to time constraints, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled. 

If you have any flu like symptoms or are feeling unwell, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible. Temperatures will be checked on arrival, any clients reading 37.5c or over cannot be treated. Your health & safety is of the upmost importance and Paradox Skin values the health & wellbeing of all clients.
