Pricing of treatment may vary from individual to individual. A quote may be given during your consultation or appointment please note this is only an estimation and pricing can vary. 

We do not offer refunds. Medicine is not an exact science and the goods that are used in the treatment cannot be returned and therefore a refund will not be offered. 

Payment is required in full at the time of treatment. Further charges may apply if top ups are needed. Treatments & credits are not transferable between individuals. Prices of treatments or products may increase at any time without prior warning.

Paradox Skin accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express as well as bank-issued eftpos chip cards. The Square terminal also supports mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payments made by credit card may incur a surcharge.

Change in Medical History or medications 

A medical history will be collected at the first consultation or appointment, this is confidential – please refer to the Privacy Policy for more information. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your medical information.
